Why The Hecht Newsletter – Finding Your Way Home

hecht-newsThanks for the nice comments we have received from our Hecht Newsletter – Finding Your Way Home.  Finding the information, deciding what to write and who is going to do the writing, putting it all together, then distributing requires a lot of work and dedication, so why is it worth all that time?

 For several years, back in the Century 21 days, I have wanted to produce a monthly newsletter, and said that some day I wanted to sell the company, become an agent to work with buyers and sellers again and my primary method of marketing would be a monthly newsletter.  No, not one of those that you can buy from a national newsletter service, where you just insert your name and photo, but one that has articles and information you can use on a local level and is seen as a benefit and not just something sent to you by real estate agents, and gets tossed as soon as it is received.
